About the Doorbell DevRel
There is too much B2B marketing with high production value, fancy buzzwords, and boring SEO copy. I'm one of these content creators, and at this point it feels like I'm creating content so other marketers can copy the work. It is high time an expert speaks real words that actually help people achieve there dreams of building great websites.
This is the Doorbell DevRel. It's raw, off the cuff, and real. After a few successful doorbell videos, I decided to automate the process with AI to keep up with the demand.

- Digital avatar
- I use HeyGen as digital avatar as their models are trained on selfie videos, and do not resort to deepfaking mouth movements.
- Synthetic voice
- Elevenlabs is by far the best voice cloning tool out there. I use their API to generate a voice that captures my accent which is a mix of Dutch, French, and English.
- Stitching it al together
- The avatar videos with my clean voice attached look too clinical. I use Cloudinary
